1960s Omas Extra Celluloid Fountain Pen

For sale I have this Omas fountain pen made in the 1960s I believe. The pen is in excellent condition nation but I am unsure if the filling mechanism needs to be serviced or not. Sold as is. Overall great cosmetic shape
